Paper from Sustainable Sources

Sustainable and responsible use of resources is important to us for production of the printed product. Paper is our most important raw material which is procured from multiple sources as per Client’s requirements. Our sources include Recycle paper (produced from de-inked printed waste), Agro based virgin paper (produced using Wheat Straw, Bagasse etc) and wood pulp (Sustainably managed Forests). 

Documented Chain of Custody is used to track & control Paper being consumed in production of a particular printed product has been sourced from sustainable sources. 

Use of Eco friendly Inks

Our Ink supplier is one of the reputed supplier in Europe and has multiple certifications like ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 etc. for Quality & Environment Sustainability.
We use Mineral Oil Free Inks in our offset printing production which are Eco friendly and completely safe for Children Textbooks.

Using state of the art Solvent Recovery System, we recover +95% of solvent used in Gravure Inks hence putting minimal impact on Environment.

Wastage Management  

Most of the paper waste which gets generated during the production process is disposed via authorized paper recycling vendors to Recycle paper mills which convert this Production waste back to Reusable Paper. 

Our plant has our own dedicated Sewage Treatment Plant & Effluent Treatment plant with which we convert our waste water into reusable water. This Treated water can be used for Gardening & flushing purposes.
We have fully functional Rain Water Harvesting system which helps in conserving Ground Water Table.

Energy Management

Our production plant has been designed by one of the leading European Consultant with major focus on Energy Recovery process, hence lesser energy is consumed per kg of finished product. 

We use State Power supply using a dedicated feeder from the Electricity Board Control Station hence there are no power cuts so no requirement of Diesel/ Gas Generators for our production processes.
Over 30% of our State Power Supply is sourced from Renewable Sources like Solar, Wind & Hydro.

Low Environment packing Material 

We use combination of Recycle & Virgin Kraft Paper Cartons to ensure that we can get the right quality & strength of Cartons with minimal impact on Environment. 
We also prefer to use eco friendly material in our packing so that we are creating minimum impact on the environment.
