Printing

Our state of art printing press was setup in year 2008 and is one of its kind printing setup in Asia ( in fact this part of the World). With an installed annual print capacity of over 75000 metric tons (100+ million A4 pages/ day), we are the only printer in India capable to produce and supply such high volume.

In addition, we have Sheetfed & Goss Webs, which gives us flexibility to execute jobs of short runs also.

With our In House Cylinder engraving and Computer to Plate Machines, we are able to maintain high print quality requirements of our customers.

Our three tier quality assurance process at different stages of production makes us capable to provide high quality products to the customers.

Highlights:

Our high speed, high width Rotogravure web machines have variable cutoff and can print paper from 30gsm to 220 gsm (Coated & Uncoated).

Web Printing

We have installed high speed, high width Rotogravure printing machines (2 Nos) from KBA & Cerrutti which are available only at our facility in whole India. These state of art printing machines can print paper up to 2.45 m width with a speed of 52000 rotations per hour, has online slitting, folding (including parallel folding). These machines have capability to do online stitching in case of Self cover products.
We have also installed GOSS Magnum web offset printing machine with two towers (32 pages, 4+4 ), online perforation and folding.
All our printing machines are connected with fully automatic form collecting/bundling/ stacking machines which helps in minimal labor involvement while handling the printed forms. This not only increases our Bindery efficiency but also minimizes the defects arising from manual handling of forms, hence maintaining consistency in quality of finished products.

Sheetfed Printing

We have installed multiple Sheetfed printing machines (Heidelberg & Komori) to take care of short run, high quality jobs like Textbook Covers, Inserts, Layouts, Danglers etc. All of our sheetfed machines have perfecting option which enables us to produce multiple product possibilities.
