Post Printing

After printing there are many activities involved to make a final finished product meeting customer’s requirement. We provide various post printing services which include cutting, folding, collating, inserting, sewing, aqueous & UV coating, gloss and matt lamination, hot foil stamping, embossing, creasing, die cutting, index cutting, tipping etc. to make a product as per the customer specification and requirements.
Our Binding and Packing set up is designed to match and complement our huge print capacity. We have highly advanced and automatic binding machinery which helps us to bind our books at much faster speed while maintaining the superior quality.

With all the supporting machinery for carrying out the binding operations, we are one of the fastest printers & Binders in terms of turn around time from printing to dispatch.

Highlights :

Can provide multiple type of Binding solutions like Softcase (Square back Perfect Bind using EVA Hotmelt, PO & PUR glue), Section Sewing + Cover Drawn, Side Stitching + Cover Drawn, Centre Stitching, Hardcase, Spiral & Wiro Bound etc. with capacity to bind nearly 1 million books per day.
We also possess experience to pack approx. 8000- 10000 Cartons per day which can be stuffed directly into containers and dispatched to any place in the World.
We possess extensive experience of Assorted packing (Packing Multiple titles in a labeled carton) for the ease of sorting and distribution in remote sites of Africa.

Perfect Binding

We have Fully automatic Kolbus Perfect Binder with 32 Clamps having option of EVA/ PO Hotmelt & PUR Glue. Our Kolbus can bind, flush cut from all 3 sides and deliver fully finished stacked books with an output capacity of 250,000 books/day ( 5 lac books/ day in Two up Production).
We also have an (Muller Martini) Accoro Perfect Binding machine with 20 Clamps with a capacity to bind 120,000 books/day
In addition we have Wellbound 6 Clamps with capacity of 30000 books/ day suitable for short runs.

Saddle Stitching (Centre Stitching)

We have 2 x Muller martini high speed automatic Saddle Stitchers with capability to produce nearly 400,000 books/day.
We also have 12 x Standalone Centre & Side stitching machines which gives us additional capacity of 120000 books/day.

Section sewing

- We have installed multifeeder Triplex-Aster with Capacity of 200000 sections per day.
- Inventa Plus with Capacity of 200000 sections per day
- In addition we have 8 x Polygraph Sewing machines which gives us additional capacity of 250000 sections per day.

With all the supporting machines, we are able to produce and pack the end product as per the customer requirement and meeting timelines, simultaneously.
